Teleport mod?

Is there a mod that replaces the "Go Here" command with the "Teleport Here" command instead? I know using testing cheats I can Shift Click somewhere to teleport, but it would be incredibly useful if the teleport command was the default "Go Here" command instead. I've reached a point where I can no longer stand sims wasting time in their day walking from one place to another, especially with the amount of routing and autonomy issues this game has.
