Temporarily removing unused CC from Mods folder

So is there a programme or a way that someone knows of that makes it easy to remove cc from the mods folder that is not used in the game and leave the files used in the game? I don't want the unused ...

That and S4S are the only programs that let you look at CC. Sorry.
