Temporarily removing unused CC from Mods folder

So is there a programme or a way that someone knows of that makes it easy to remove cc from the mods folder that is not used in the game and leave the files used in the game? I don't want the unused ...

@Aelaen The Tray Importer is the closest but from my experience it doesn't list all cc. :s
