Text size, icons suddenly too small

My game updated today.  When I started it I got a message saying mods had been disabled.  When I went to settings to try and enable them, I did something that made the text really small.  Everything that has text or a text popup is much smaller.  I need to change it back but nothing I tried worked.  I tried to go back to default settings but that didn't' work either.  It's not my computer, it was in the game when it suddenly changed size.  

I don't know what I did but how do I change it back?  I tried changing the resolution but that didn't help.  I've done everything I can think of.  I'm sure it's something simple that i am just missing.
