Text size, icons suddenly too small

My game updated today.  When I started it I got a message saying mods had been disabled.  When I went to settings to try and enable them, I did something that made the text really small.  Everything ...

    Happened to me too, go under settings and under availability you can change what is called interface scale or something like that
