Did you happen to have MOO on when you originally placed the computer? I have found that placing computers with MOO on sometimes causes that problem, but not always. I have seen the issue in my game, but not with that computer. I also see other deco objects on the desk in your pics. With MOO off, go to build mode and grab the computer and try to put it back on the desk. If it won't go, then remove other things on the desk one at the time until the computer will place. Then try to put those objects back. If they won't go, then put them somewhere else or delete them. Doing that sometimes clears up the problem but not always. Laptops still will have the issue no matter what you do many times.
