The building mode is causing the game to crash

I have the same problem and i solved it, at least temporaliy by deleting localthumbcache, removing lot51 and xml and mostly mods like kiss n grind and wave n grind, then updating lot51 and xml, thats how it works to me, at first i think it was a problem with UI cheats and some other archive like betterbuild , but to me it was those 2 mods, i hope it works for you

Kushina9999​ Can you clarify when your crash is happening? That photo is not build mode. 

Also, do you use mods and CC? If so, have you used the pinned lists? Or tested with an empty mods folder?

t9d51itlasnx​ Removing Lot 51 Core Library and XML Injector just stops lots of other mods from working. UI Cheats and BBB have never been known to cause a crash in build mode when broken. However, outdated UI Cheats and BBB can definitely affect UI. When the game updates, follow the new pinned Broken and Updated Mods post. It can save you a lot of time.
