The character from the task NEVER appeared in the Oga's Cantina

Hello! I am playing Star Wars: Journey to Batuu.

Playing in Russian language, dont have any mods.

I have encountered the task which is called probably The Deserter or smth like this in English.

I need to find in Oga's Cantina the character who is going to be the deserter and who is going to join the Resistance, in Russian she is called Корра Эррел, which is approximately Korra (Corra) Errel in English.

In the description it is said she is a curly woman who likes to visit Oga's Cantina.

NEVER found her there.

Anyone else encountered such a problem?

    it was a bug.

    I needed to travel to the city and back to Batuu 2 times and then she appeared.

    @ValerieSvet 

    Usually those special characters arrive soon after you do and after a little while go roaming the outpost. So if you missed them travel somewhere and return. The Cantina will have reset.

    @ValerieSvet 

    As I wrote earlier you could have traveled to any of the encampments and back to reset the cantina,

    @jpkarlsen This particular character does not have "Deserter" in their description. The deserter is a Batuu Citizen, Young Adult, named Corra Arrel. There is no way to know that she is the deserter before asking her the question.
