I wanted you to test the original unchanged lot to see if you have the same X-Ray issue there too in case it has something to do with your minor changes.
I tested this in my save and my Sim was able to calibrate it fine (tried both of them)
As or the computer repair issue, that is a known issue that wasn't fixed. It's better if you post about that in the thread I linked you above. Bug forum needs to be about one thread per issue.
Got it. I'll try to get on it right away. Please tell me how you added the picture of the sim using the x-ray machine? That looks like a real useful tool to use in my future questions or bug reports. Also, sorry about posting numerous bugs in one post, I can see how that could cause confusion. I'll try to fix that oversight on my part. LOL. A good day and my best wishes to all. Here's an update. I started a new character. The game never came up with a choice of which save that I would like to put it under, so I lost my existing two households that I was running. Existing households that consists of 2 grandparents, two couples, and one baby. About 2 months of real time, lost. Is this a bug or glitch, or bad planning on the programmers part, I couldn't say. Either way? I have single female in a household, in the doctor career. In a daily task, I am asked to talk with a coworker. My sim stood there for about an hour or two. This career has a timetable where I need to finish the daily tasks in a timely manner, in order to get premonitions, correct? But this sim wasted about two hours. In the lower left corner, the request shows up, but the sim just stands there, not executing the command or request. Now maybe people can understand when I show frustration. I trying to test out this bug, by your request, and I'm running into more bugs. There are bugs within the bugs, glitches within the glitches, badly thought out programming within the badly thought out programming. Pleas believe me? I want to help the programmers as much as possible, mostly because I want to enjoy this game instead of spending my time reporting upon this nightmare. I would love to purchase more DLCs, but not if I'm going to spend my time, complaining. I want to play and enjoy this game., but I can't. Well, back to diagnosing this nightmare of a game. I'll keep you posted.
