the miniatures do not load in the game and it does not let me start the game

I factory reset the game and discovered that the error is in the saves folder, which worries me a lot because I thought it would be something from the cc. The photos of the places, sims, the thumbnai...

Try a user folder reset. Just rename the "The Sims 4" folder or move it to your desktop. Start the game and choose New Game at the Main Menu. A new user folder will be created. Once you've made and placed the sim, save and quit. Move the saves folder from the old "The Sims 4" folder to the new one. Start the game and see if any of the saves will load. If they won't, then the save is corrupted. If they will, check the maps and enter a household to see if things seem normal (other than missing CC). If they do, then exit without saving. Copy your mods folder from the old "The Sims 4" folder to the new one, then start the game. Check to see if things seem normal again. If not, then it's something in your mods folder causing the problem and you'll have to find the problem file and delete or update it. If things appear to be normal, then play on.

It worked. Thank you very much, apparently the last file that saved the progress of the game was damaged, when I deleted it the game worked correctly again, I lost a little progress but not too much, I hope it doesn't happen again because it scared me a lot haha.
