The new Horse Ranch expansion world is not appearing

Hey,

I have an issue on PC where the world seems to not exist. The build-buy, cas and horses themselves work just fine and I can access the competitions etc with the board but the game does not register the existance of the world. I have tried EVERYTHING.. Removing mods, deleting everything, then reloading everything, restarting the app, reloading the app.. Havent seen anyone mention this issue yet and I'm at my whits end. Its always something with these launches but this is a new one. On my laptop it worked perfectly, no problems at all and thought that on my PC that is A LOT better performance wise would have no issues.. Please help 🙂

    I had a similar problem to this with high school years pack and all I had to do create a new save. It may just be the save you're using that's corrupt or is not working with the pack. Even on the new save it may take a few days or a few times opening the game for all of the items and features to show up. If making just one new save didn't work for you, you may have to create one or two more saves and see if those work. If you haven't tried creating a new save then you should try doing this.

    I have the same issue. 
    I tried what @Lani_Elyse said, but after four new saves, the world still won't load for me. 
    It's bugging me.

    Same with mine I finally broke down an had my son uninstall everything an reinstall an I was cringing cause alllll my mods I downloaded are gone so I will have to spend a whole day doing that! Lol but it finally showed up

    @secretrev09   Hi!  Many times this issue is related to a mod, which seems to have been the case for @Ioney6 based on what they said.  If you have any mods installed, please move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing.  You may also want to run a game repair.  Please come back and update if you're having this problem without any mods installed.

    I have had the exact same problem. Same with the laptop it will work fine but on the computer, it doesn't. Everything else is there besides the world.

    Hi @LadyQuett Have you tested without mods? This is likely due to an outdated mod, but the mods with this issue were (to my knowledge) all updated after the Horse Ranch patch. Check any mods by TwistedMexi, anything along the lines of All Worlds Are Residential, and other UI mods for updates.

    For me it was the tmex-cleanui mod that was breaking the tomarang and horse ranch map. I went through and and loaded all my mods individually to find which one bugged it out. I noticed that the loading screen and main menu UI (user interface) was different and took away the scenarios game option.
