The Red House from the Journey to Batuu Trailer?

Anyone who knows if there's any way to get the house from The Sims 4 Journey to Batuu trailer? I've searched with Google and in the Gallery with every search parameter I can come up with, but so far no luck.

Sims are not dying in Neighborhood Stories
All the events are turned on, including deaths, but NPC’s are dying only from an old age. Also they are making and adopting babies, they are adopting animals, so I have a problem with overpopulation....
