I'm still playing my current family with university degree challenge myself. I was going to start the scenario after finishing my personal goal, but does this mean that scenario system will be completely gone or new goals will be arrived?
Some of the scenarios are time limited. So far 10 scenarios are planned. If there will be more or if they will be repeated at a later time I do not know.
From the way they word things, I think it’s also just that you have to start by that date? So technically, whenever a limited time scenario is released you could set it up in a new save then just set that save aside until you actually want to play it…
Exactly as PipMenace said! You won't be able to access/pick this specific scenario after the 30th of November. BUT if you start it now in either new or existing save - you can play it later whenever you want (even after the 30th of November)!
