Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
Also did you never use mods/cc or remove them ?

I used some mod in the past, like MC Command Center, but the issue started before I tried them the first time, and now I removed them from the "Mods" folder, although I do use cc and I tried to trigger the error without cc and it did work, so now I'll find what cc is causing the issue. Regardless, I still tried to cancel every LastExeption files and triggered the error in game (with cc) and it indeed created a new file, here's the content of it:

No, I tried without cc or mods and it works, but I actually found the cc that was causing the error and removed it, now the animation works and the following interactions work, so thank you so much for helping me!
