I recently bought Sims 4 Get to Work and everything is there; my sim lives in Windenburg and all of the cas items are there. But the actual careers (Doctor, detective, scientist) are not showing up. The career menu and all of the other careers show up except for the get to work ones. I deleted all of my mods, reinstalled the game, but nothing worked.
What do I do?

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.
Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
Thanks for the answer, but I realized that I actually got Get Together instead of get to work, which is why the careers weren't showing up LOLLL but thanks anyways

I should have realized when you said your Sim lives in Windenburg, just didn't make the connection to the pack.
