You can browse the site with ad-block. Though getting ad-block with the combo of tsr time skipper you can get right to the downloads without having ot wait over 60 seconds that it tries to punish you for using because of protecting yourself.

I didn't buy an account however I did get a TSR Ad-blocker. Works like a charm. I didn't mind the ads at first but it was extremely tedious after around trying to maneuver them.
