Moved your thread to the Mods forum as Mods are your issue because you don't have the problem in a clean, mod-free game. If Mods have broken a save maybe someone here in the Sims 4 Mods forum can help you.
For Sims 3 issues please post in the Sims 3 Mac forum - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/bd-p/the-sims-3-technical-issues-mac-en @marcelda22 For Sims 4 mod issues, you can start at the Broken/Updated Mods & CC lists. That link is to today's. There will be a new one after tomorrow's patch, but the "Previously Broken" will much the same. When you update a mod, delete old versions (except .cfg files) and check installation instructions, as they often change. If going through those lists to update and delete mods doesn't solve your issue, you might need to do 50-50 of your Mods folder.
