@marcelda22 There have been some hotfixes, hence the updates.
Crashing can have both mod and non-mod causes. If you get crashing in a new user folder (drag The Sims 4 out of Documents > Electronic Arts to your desktop, or rename it), without having added a single file back to Mods or Tray or Saves, in a new save not an old one, please head to https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Issues/MASTER-THREAD-Crashing-and-Endless-Loading/m-p/13900393#M14313
The game works, but what now, should I put back my saves to the new folder?

@marcelda22 You could do that next, yes. If you still have crashing, you might have issues like trying to have more going on in a lot than your game can handle. Keep a backup copy, though, because testing saves without mods will remove CC etc.
The alternative is to test mods next before you add saves back.

Nothing is working. Delated CC. Started the game from old save. Still the game freezes, and I can't click on anything even quit the game.

@marcelda22 Is there a particular pattern to when your old save freezes and crashes? And this is happening after you move/rename the Mods folder and delete localthumbcache again? If it creates a new Last Exception file, please upload that.
