I can't access the Gameplay Options in my settings in Sims 4. I've opened an active save when I try to access the settings so it's not the problem with being in the Main Menu screen. I've attached a photo of what the issue looks like. Please let me know if you've had this problem too or found what the issue is! I just wanted to make my sim's lifespan longer.

Some of the Gameplay options can only be changed when you are on a lot. If I remember correctly, Lifespan is one of those. So, go to any lot with sims living on it and try to change it there.

I have the same issue! the gameplay options haven't been working for me since the HSY update. After the latest emergency update it showed up but then less than a week later it stopped again and haven't shown up for me since. It's really annoying cause it's a very crucial part of the game. I've tried checking my mods but they're all perfectly okay so I have no idea where it came from.
