@NorahQ SAME, I do use mods however, even when disabling them the issue is not resolved.
I would also like to add that whenever my sim tries to purchase a horse, the sim cancels the action and resets?? I've tried to get a horse with CAS, using the horse bed, the community board, and even trying to spawn in a horse with cheats. STILL NO HORSES! When I go to another household that already has a horse, the horse disappears once the game loads. This is so upsetting.
