the sims 4 stuck on loading screen

i have only one household in my game and i was going to create a new one but at that moment when i clicked on new game the loading screen would just stay like that, just white. when i loaded my only household either that being resume or load game that would load and the loading screen would only take a few seconds, everything works fine there but if i try to travel the same problem with the loading screen happens, i got the new expansion pack lovestruck and wanted to change romance boundaries but even going to CAS would get me to a forever loading screen too, i can't play the game properly.

i've tried to look at other people's solutions for this, i've removed my mods and ccs to the desktop and started the game with nothing, everything works fine like that i can open a new game and travel with my sims but once i but everything back it goes back to the same problem. i've uninstalled the game on steam and reinstalled this time only on EA and it's still the same, i've deleted the cache files but it doesn't work. is there something else i could do?
