The UI where the sims portraits are is exceptionally tiny after the patch

I play on windowed full screen mode - this means the resolution and scale settings are automatic. I have never had an issue before, but after launching my game for the first time after the October 11 2022 patch, I noticed the UI where the sims portraits are is exceptionally tiny. Yes there are 6 sims in the household, but the portraits should still be bigger then my child’s pinky fingernail, and they had been, before the patch. I know the patch notes mentioned fixing UI scaling but it seems to have done the opposite for me. I don’t use any Mods or CC. Any suggestions on how to fix this, preferably while still using windowed full screen mode.
