There is no tens garden option

i don’t know which update it was that started this because sometimes I go months without playing the sims but right now I’m playing the sims and my sims have no “tend garden” option. They have water, water all, weed all etc. but no tend garden. I thought because they were vampires that was the reason after reading some other people having the same problem but I got my sim to make the vampirism cure and my sim that gardens the most drank it and is no longer a vampire but still has no “tend garden” button. I do have installed and mc command center but I’ve had them installed before with no problems. I have city living, discover university, get to work, island living, outdoor retreat, luxury party stuff, and perfect patio stuff. I’m pretty sure that’s all. Is this supposed to happen? Did EA take away tens garden or something? I’m so confused.
