TheSimsResource TSR cc manager problem

Question

I was wondering if anyone else who plays the Sims 4 and uses the sims resources for cc has a problem using their tsr cc manager on windows 10. Every time tries to install custom content with the manager it crashes the game on start. But if I install it like normal without manager it works, what I cannot figure out why.

That doesn't fix the problem. That is only for when someone downloads an item from edge. That is for when it does not download correctly. This is a completely different issue because I use chrome and it happens to me. I have been emailing them for 3 months OP. I know another person with the problem as well. All they tell us to do so far is look at the help page but that hasn't done a thing.

@madihope I have the same problem, it's infuriating! I have to repair the game :(
