So, things from my sims equipment are gone whenever i change lot. The same with fridge. It's so annoying, since I wanted to play after a long time and this makes me shut the game. More of that, when i hang pictures, they are black. Can't see nothing on these. And pictures on altars look like, there no one signed to them. Please, fix that!
Sounds like you have outdated mods, for most of these issues.
For the inventory, including of the fridge, update MC Command Centre. If the appliances are actually disappearing, that's a SimRealist mod. See Broken and Updated Mods and CC .

For the pictures, that's a current game issue. You can do a search in Bug Reports to find the existing report.
