Time gets frozen and can't save
Time gets frozen at any speed (I've tried testing it at any time, and not just a certain, but every speed gets affected) Once I try to exit the game, it won't let me save, and I have to force quit it...

@Maddie_GE17 TSR CC manager shouldn't be stopping you from testing without mods and CC, but if you need support with using it, that would be at TSR. To test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache, and try again. Test in a new save as well.
