I don't know about where to get children cc - I'm having the same problem myself. But I do know where to find toddler cc! The link below is to a YouTube video where you'll find a link to a big toddler cc folder. It takes a while but once you've downloaded it and saved everything to your game, there's TONS of toddler cc. It's where I got all of mine. Hope that helps! Edit: it says I can't post links, so I'll type each letter of the link individually. Hope you can decipher it.
