What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: 4 seasons, Cats & dogs, cottage living, Greenhouse kit, blooming rooms.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Having a toddler in household and try to have it learn a skill via an interaction.
What happens when the bug occurs?: Interactions related to learning a skill do not appear at all (either between the an adult sim and the toddler sim, or between any sim and a toddler object). But we can still feed the toddler, hold, coo at, etc.
What do you expect to see?: I expect the toddler to be able, from its point of view or that of an adult, to be able to potty, play nesting cubes, learn to speak...
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: I just had an update of the game (01/10/2023). I also did not have a toddler since I installed the Greenhouse kit, so there's that...
