Tongue Rig floating in CAS
So after the April 18th update the tongue rig sticks out of my sims only in CAS. I’ve removed my mods folder and slowly tried to figure out what the problem was, but it seemed like nothing in my fold...

Did you try renaming your user folder and try on new save with nothing added back ? Someone said it was cause of a certain mod that is +18 that I can't completely name but its a default replacement head try looking through your cc/mod folder & seeing if you have a default replacement head & removing it then delete your localthumb cache & re-opening your game to see if it worked
