@kaylaasmiles7 When you removed mods and CC, did you also delete the localthumbcache file? Please test in a clean user folder: Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4. Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
Hello!! I’ve done this, I’ve almost removed my mods and repaired my game, i think this has something to do with the parenthood patch sadly as it was working perfectly fine before that

@lxucy_marie Please test in a new user folder and new save:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Launch Sims 4

I have done this as well, I’ve updated all my mods and removed them and problem continued, I’ve contacted EA support now to see what the problem may be

@lxucy_marie Please post here for this issue in a no mod, no cc game:

@__hell0_mxixe__ What does your issue look like? Some are mod-caused but not all. Have you done a "vanilla" test? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
