Traits Panel Not Appearing

@Fili9521 If you can recreate this with no mods and no cc in a new save, please post to  Bug Reports

    Hi there, 

    I had mods and cc in my game prior to the update and latest patch. Unfortunately I didn’t remove mods/cc before downloading update. I have struggled with this same bug ever since. 

    I have now completely removed mods/cc from mods and tray folder. Deleted local thumb cache multiple times. Moved my sims 4 folder onto desktop and tried out with completely fresh game. Tried repair game option multiple times. Still this bug persists. Is there any other options to try now?

    @bap11114444 Please post to Bug Reports. Include details about how you've tested.
