Tray importer help, uploading sims with cc

Hi, so I love to create & upload my sims for people to download (yes I give credit to all cc creators I use) I’ve had a couple of people telling me that my sims are either missing items or don’t look the same which is weird because I upload the photos straight from cas and don’t edit them. I always make sure to include everything except duplicates, mods etc. it’s really frustrating. Any advice please?
