Troubles with Alice's Sorrow quest

I was told to ask here, soooo, my game, mods and cc's are all fully updated. I also tried with a clean save and no mods folder and everything works perfectly fine.

After some testing i found out that those mods (categorized as ''sacrificial's mods'' and ''basemental mod'') are the ones causing problems BUT as stated, they are updated and fully tested by their creators and still, when one or both folders are in my game, i can't talk about Alice's sorrow to Edith because the option simply doesn't appear, if i remove them, the option is back again and i can continue :/

I can just remove them, continue the quest and put them back later on but i would very much like to understand why they're causing this to begin with.

So if anyone knows or is having the same problems, i'd like to know i'm not alone in this T-T
