@Anderson8790 Do you have any cc/mods in the game? If so try the game without the cc/mods and see if that fixes it.
No she doesn't have any of that for her game. She said it just happened with the new update.
@Anderson8790 Does it help if your wife moves the sim household to a different house? She should be able to do so from Manage Worlds without loading the home lot.
