ts4: pool decorations (and other items) not showing up in game?

i'm not sure what's going on, but all of the pool decorations, as well as other items, are not showing up in the game. i have listed a video below about the pool decorations. i don't have a video for...

    @jasmineve99 Pool decorations have a new space. Since they added the pond tool you can now find them in Objects by Function --> Water Features
