Twisted Mexi Strangerville Cheats aren't working?

Question

I have the all cheats mod.I have tried loading the story to Act 4 but there are still sims walking around weirdly.I have also downloaded the togglestory mod. I can use this cheat and it toggles either off or on, but again sims are still walking around weirdly.I don't want the strangerville story to operate in this save and I'd rather not play through it again to stop it.Any ideas?

Maybe contact TwistedMexi himself since it's his mod? Far from everyone here uses game mods and won't be able to help. Or you could try over in the mods section of these forums where your post probably belongs in the first place :)
