TwistedMexi's All Cheats Mod

Hi there my fellow simmers! I have recently downloaded TwistedMexi's All Cheats Mod, and for some reason it just won't work for me. I get the new options such as spawnning fruit on a harvestable or clicking on a table to get your order delivered in Dine Out, but when I click on them nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Lol.
