I have done all that and it still doesn't work maybe it's been due to the new update recently??

The UI Cheats extension mod was broken by the recent patch, due to the Python update. The modder who created it has posted that he was waiting until he has his copy of Get Famous, then would release an updated version of the mod. It would be best to remove the old broken version of the mod,
