should always be on latest update for sims 4. if you use cracked sims 4 no one here can help you

Toddler sims freezing after potty training.
After the toddler sim is done using the toilet, they get up and walk over to the sink. The toddler reaches both arms upward, but because it cannot reach the sink, it freezes.
