I downloaded the Ultimate Save file from PlumbobKingdom and it looks great. Lots of videos on YouTube about it. However, when I use it with my MCC mod, I get an error called mc_lastexception. The error reads as follows: (attributerrror:"nonetype" object has no attribute, "time_off_work. categoryID: custom_holiday:py Anyone know how to fix this? I tried contacting the creator, but he did not respond after numerous attempts. I really want to play with this save file, but not if it has this error.

Go this website: https://lastexception.com
but first you’ll need to locate the most recent ‘lastexception.txt’ file make sure it’s the most recent one produced (I find you have to do it quite quickly when you get the error)
once you’ve located the file upload it on the website I gave and it will give you what is causing errors.

now to fix the errors, I’m not 100% sure I’m just starting to learn about mods now. But that’s a start for you at least, for the rest good old google has been a star for me so far in fixing my game/mods

Just to add you don’t have to upload it you could open it and paste the contents into the website instead but I find it easier to upload
make Sure it’s the txt file not the web one or it won’t work.

I had the same issue and what fixed it for me was to delete every holiday in the calendar and save my game in a new save with the "Save As..." option. Then I exited the game, deleted the localthumbcache.package located in the Sims 4 folder and then launched the game again, but instead of the option Resume I clicked to load my save. That got rid of the last exceptions of this kind, I had to create holidays from scratch though. I hope this helps!

You have an error caused by holidays coming up in the calendar.

Wow. that really worked. When I just used the Frank mod first, it didn't change anything, but when i did steps 1 - 4 it fixed the problem. However, does this mean I cannot add or use holidays in the calendar again? Or, will the game remind me of the holidays through messages without the calendar having the dates listed?
Lastly, will all future games be fixed from this error when using the Ultimate Save game, or will I need to perform these steps every time I use it in the future for new playthroughs with it?
Again, THANK YOU so much. I have been trying to fix this problem for a week because I love what the simmer did with this Ultimate Save he made for everyone to use.

HI there.. I tried using that webpage you mentioned for lastexceptions I get this message: Looks like something went wrong with your error file!
What is it exactly you load into the webpage, I tried dragging the mc_lastexception file into the page, then i copied and paste and everytime its another error, or it says its not valid.

The mod called Franks custom holidays, work at all? I downloaded it, but I don't see how it fixes anything. Also, is there somewhere I can go to reinsert holidays again? I didn't write them down before deleting them all to remove the annoying last exception error from MCC. I would love to find someone on YouTube that specializes in fixing these types of errors in Sims 4... but most seem to only do playthroughs or just CC stuff.
