Ultra Speed won't work when sims are Sleeping or are at Work

When Sims are away for work and/or when they're asleep, and no one's around the household awake or anything. I don't have pets in the household nor having anyone over that is preventing the Ultra Speed to work.I have tried traveling and switching households but none of them seem to work for me. I do have mods, but I have checked what one could be causing the issue and it still keep happening. Alongside this is Sims not changing to their Career outfits.This is my first time making this so I apologize if this doesn't look right.

I've had this problem for ages. Sometimes it works again for a few seconds when I zoom in or out, but not for long

While ultra speed not working is something that gets reported on and off, you need to test without mods/cc
All issues in the bug forum must be tested on a vanilla game.
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache- Any lastException Files- Any LastCrash files.
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
Also make sure that there's no other awake Sims on the lot.&nbsp;

Update: I have played the Backup File, put the Charm Family(Minerva, Darrel, and Gemma) in their beds and made sure no one was in the house, and the Ultra Speed appears to work again. And I did what was instructed.

Second Update: I just tried the same backup file with the mods, and now its not working. Meaning it is the mods causing the issue, which is strange because I could've swore I checked all of them. I just don't know which one now.
