unable to play the game w/ ANY mods

Hi, I'm sure everyone is aware by now of the absolute garbage fire the most recent patch update has been, hopefully by making posts like this it'll force the devs to make the necessary changes so people can actually play the game. 

Anyways, ever since the patch, I've been getting the same error message "Failure to launch on our end. Try again a little later." I have done quite literally every single thing possible to be able to find a way to play the game again. The only thing that does work is removing every single mod, only then the game will launch. Now I know what you're going to say, "you found the solution just play the game!" but I am one of those people that like literally can't play without mods. I really dislike Maxis sims and vanilla gameplay. I've tried turning off script mods, removing them, but nothing. I've updated mods on Curseforge and everything. Based on all the stuff I've seen, package mods shouldn't really be an issue based on what code was changed in the recent patch. So, basically, I know there isn't much to do but just wait until EA decides to fix the mess they made. I mean even just scrolling in this forum, post after post is about how the game just refuses to work, even for those playing without any mods at all. Honestly this is just like unacceptable and I'm hoping they are working on some kind of solution that will fix the game back to what it was before. 

Really wishing I never downloaded this patch. Let me know if there's a way to remove it!
