Did you try removing mods/cc? Don't forget to delete the localthumbcache file after removing mods ?

I also can't buy anything from the stalls in Tartosa. My only two options are to "buy produce" and "haggle". I removed all CC and mods and still the same issue. Please help! I don't how else to get the wedding bouquets.

@steffimedalla Hi, in the end I removed my mods folder and in small groups readded my mods/cc and each time play tested a save. I had a few outdated mods and texmex's better build buy mod also affected my household inventory in build buy mod so I have removed that. I can now buy flowers and wedding cakes.
