Unable to shrink and raise objects

Hello! Im having trouble using shrinking items in sims, and raising them. Ive used "9" to raise objects earlier, but now as soon as I press "9" the object and screen moves to a different location on ...

    Hey there @emilime0136,

    Awhile ago these key shortcuts changed, now you'll want to press Ctrl + 9 or 0 to move objects up and down. Resizing an object is just the [ or ] button. 

    If you still have troubles with these keys, please let me know what language your keyboard layout is in currently.
