Unable to Switch Between Sims

Hi, I'm unable to switch between my sims. I have repaired the game and have never used mods; the issue still continues so I'm not sure what to do at this point. The only past post I saw was a father...

@shp0127 Have you tested if it works in a new save game for testing purposes ?
