Unable to type on text box

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Português
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.158.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While playing there´s a text bar on the left top corner that serves to change features on the game
What happens when the bug occurs? it´s not possible to type
What do you expect to see? writing on text box
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    @wpa4c8n190hs   Hello!  Looking at the image you shared, it appears that you were in build / buy mode and opened the cheat console to enter a cheat code.  Is that correct?  If so, sometimes depending on what else you might have clicked in BB mode, it can be difficult to get back to the cheat console to type. 

    I suggest pressing on the keyboard shift+ctrl+C again to close the cheat console.  Then click on the select tool icon (the cursor / arrow button).

    Then press shift+ctrl+C on the keyboard again to re-open the cheat console.  At that point, you should be able to type in there.   Please come back and update if this worked for you or not.
