University housing incomplete lots

When ever I edit the Roxbury dorms. It seems to work fine when I leave it and prepare for my sim to go to university. But, when I actually enroll them and move them in the form, it say the lot is inc...

@crinrict Hi! I currently have the same issue. It’s says it’s incomplete and error code 102:20ece5dd appears. I did not add any thing that aren’t allowed

@Sterc04 that error is usually outdated cc. Are you using cc ?

    Im having the same issue and the game wont let me get back into the lot. Is there a way to fix this?
