Unplayable sims

Hello, 

I've been trying to fix this for awhile now and basically none of my sims will move, each time i queue an action it stays at the top and then the sims just reset staying in the same location. If anyone could help me interpret this last exception error that would be great. I've already tried mccc and the better exceptions mod but everything I've done hasn't fixed my problem.
