Using other creator's CC in my own Sims 4 lot creations on Patreon
Hi,
I'm potentially looking at creating Lots for the Sims 4 and putting on Patreon with a view to a monthly subscription/early access based subscription. What is the etiquette for using other people's CC within my creation? Is it just to mention as a credit or do you have to ask permission? Or am I best sticking to the official game content when creating? I'm fairly new to this but have been creating for myself for many years and am just looking into making a little bit of money out of what I love doing.

The etiquette is to never, ever, EVER repost other people's CC. Instead, provide a list of the creators and CC names used and, ideally, links to the original download location.
People who repost other people's CC cause users to have duplicates and broken mods, and that's the best case scenario of having permission. Anyone found doing this will no longer be covered in mod news services for Sims 4, including mine.
