utility operations last exception

Mod Better Exceptions keeps finding an error with utility_operations

Exception applying attributes to object object_MailboxWall:0x05200fdbf9ed4584 (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'shut_off_utility')

I removed every mod except for Better Exceptions.

@sofilp12  Are you playing in apartments ? If so, try either resetting the mail box (use testingcheats true and then shift click on the mail box and reset it) or try moving the family out and back in.
